Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Driver's Angel provides a subscription-based safety platform that may include live operator assistance, emergency dispatch coordination, roadside assistance, GPS location, trip history, and — depending on your plan — vehicle security features.

The Services are a supplement to, not a replacement for, calling 911 or another emergency number in a life-threatening situation.

Certain features require installation of a device in your vehicle. You agree to permit installation by an authorized technician and to keep the device connected and powered for the duration of your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees, taxes, and any add-ons are disclosed at checkout. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support.

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not tamper with, remove, or resell the installed device.
• Do not misuse emergency features or place false emergency requests.

The Services are provided "as is" and depend on cellular, GPS, and third-party networks that may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driver's Angel and its partners disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
